The fastest way to get on the books/in touch with Betty is via email for new clients and text for returning clients.


Appointments for new clients are scheduled via email only.

Returning clients can request a rebook via the client portal, text, or email.

Due to high demand, please allow 72 hours to receive a reply. (Usually, it's within 24 hrs.)


Betty doesn't answer phone calls or voicemails.

Note: Betty's work cell is reserved for pickup-drop, drop-off texts, scheduled consultations,

and grooming and scheduling-related, general questions from clients who already had at least one appointment.

Tuesday - 10:00 am - 5:00 pm (1 hr lunch break from 12-1 pm)

Wednesday - 10:00 am - 5:00 pm (1 hr lunch break from 12-1 pm)

Thursday - 10:00 am - 5:00 pm (1 hr lunch break from 12-1 pm)

Friday - 10:00 am - 5:00 pm (1 hr lunch break from 12-1 pm)

Saturday and Sunday - Closed

Urgent Appointments

If you urgently need an appointment before/after business hours, you can request one.

The Skip the Line! fee is $100/hr depending on the length of the requested services on the top of the grooming bill.

Please include the urgency level/any deadline in the appointment request form you submit.


Complimentary, In-person Meet and Greet

A complimentary, 15-minute, in-person Meet and Greet can be arranged.

If you want to talk to Betty over the phone or via video prior to the first appointment or before scheduling one,

please book a 15-minute Consultation ($50+TAX).

We'll make arrangements for a Facetime/Skype/Zoom call/video according to your preference.
